Time of delivery and transportation

The delivery of goods from naturoghelse.dk is considered to be done when the goods is handed over to the consumer. Shipping will be done by PostDanmark. Shipping expenses will be displayed at the end of order.

Normally the order will be send within 5 working days, after the payment is registered. About holidays and vacations may the delivery time be a little bit longer. Orders including goods with longer delivery time (NB længere leveringstid) will be shipped when all the goods are stocked.

The right to withdraw from a transaction

You must return the goods in same condition and quantity as you received it. You are allowed to open the package so you can take a look at the goods. You are not allowed to break the sealing. If you break the sealing then the goods will be without market value and your payment can not be refunded. You must pay all the costs if you choose to return your order.
